six6e Terms & Conditions — Platform Use Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the six6e platform — including but not limited to the casino lobby, sports betting interface, account dashboard, deposit and withdrawal functionality, or any promotional feature — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active six6e account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. six6e reserves the right to terminate all accounts associated with a multi-account violation and to forfeit any funds held within those accounts.

To register a six6e account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including a valid Pakistani mobile number in active use by you personally. You undertake to update your account information promptly whenever it changes. six6e shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated account information.

six6e employs an OTP (One-Time Password) verification system during account registration, new device login, and withdrawal processing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your registered mobile number and must notify six6e's customer support immediately if you suspect your registered number has been compromised or transferred without your consent.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six6e login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party. six6e will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your six6e account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified six6e of a security breach. six6e recommends using a strong, unique password consisting of a minimum of 10 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

six6e may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds or as part of our compliance obligations. Acceptable KYC documentation includes government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes specified by six6e may result in account restriction or suspension.

six6e accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Transfer, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — six6e does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. six6e processes deposits without charging platform-side transaction fees, though your payment provider's standard charges may apply independently.

Withdrawal requests from verified six6e accounts are processed within the timeframes published on the platform at the time of the request. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may require up to 6 business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. six6e reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding established thresholds or where account activity raises compliance concerns.

All six6e account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no mandatory currency conversion at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process for PKR-denominated payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, as published on the six6e platform.

In the event that a payment is returned, reversed, or charged back after funds have been credited to your six6e account and wagered, six6e reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount by debiting your account balance. If insufficient funds are available, six6e may suspend or close the account pending recovery. Deliberate chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith constitute fraudulent conduct and will be reported to relevant authorities.

six6e offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is activated. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to one six6e account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.

Bonus funds credited to a six6e account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. six6e reserves the right to void bonus winnings and associated balances if wagering requirements are not completed within the stipulated timeframe, or if the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means.

Any attempt to exploit six6e promotions through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to convert bonus funds with minimal risk exposure ("bonus abuse"), coordinated wagering between multiple accounts, or any other means of gaming the promotion system constitutes a material breach of these terms. six6e reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed.

All casino game outcomes on six6e — including slots, live dealer table games, RNG table games, and crash games — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino products, by physical dealing and game mechanics conducted by a live dealer. six6e does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

All sports bets placed on six6e — including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, and other available sports — are governed by the sports betting rules published on the platform. Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid bet confirmation from the six6e system. six6e reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by errors in odds, event cancellations, abandonment, or circumstances that materially affect the integrity of the event.

In the event that odds, game parameters, or bonus values are published due to a manifest technical or human error ("palpable error"), six6e reserves the right to void all bets or transactions placed at the erroneous value. This includes situations where odds are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market rates. six6e will notify affected players and return applicable stakes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6e platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another individual to circumvent the single-account policy
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the six6e platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity
• Attempting to access another user's six6e account without authorisation
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the six6e platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain
• Systematically hedging bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profits while abusing promotional offers
• Transferring funds between six6e accounts for purposes other than legitimate gameplay
• Using third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals
• Any conduct that six6e reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform

All content on the six6e platform — including but not limited to the six6e brand name, logo, game graphics, software interfaces, betting interfaces, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of six6e or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six6e platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in six6e's intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any six6e platform content without prior written authorisation from six6e.

six6e is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can be addictive for some individuals and we take our obligations in this regard with complete seriousness. In the event of account closure due to a Terms & Conditions violation, six6e reserves the right to forfeit account balances constituting proceeds of prohibited activity. Where closure is not related to a player breach — for example, voluntary self-exclusion or platform-initiated cessation of services in a specific market — six6e will return verified deposited funds less any outstanding bonus obligations, in accordance with its standard withdrawal process.

You may request closure of your six6e account at any time by contacting customer support. Before requesting closure, you should withdraw any available balance. Accounts subject to pending wagering requirements for active bonuses may have those bonuses cancelled upon voluntary closure request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6e shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the six6e platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to unforeseen technical failures, internet connectivity issues on your end, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.

six6e's total liability to you for any direct claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you in the six6e account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You acknowledge and accept that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate voluntarily, with full awareness of this risk.

six6e makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, platform updates, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access. six6e will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their formation, validity, or enforceability — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six6e holds its operating authorisation under international gaming regulations. Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through six6e's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable rules of the regulatory body governing six6e's operating licence.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, to the extent those laws cannot be excluded by contract.
